Fall for downtown Faribault during the annual Fall Festival and Chili Cook off! The fun takes place on September 30th, with a parade kicking off the event at noon. There will be downtown trick-or-treating, kids activities, spooky basement tours at the Paradise Center for the Arts and more! Plus, delight your taste buds with the annual Chili Cookoff! The chili contest has one award for best chili, and another for best decorations.
