“ATHENS OF THE WEST WALKING TOUR”

Join Jeff Jarvis on a FREE walking tour entitled "Athens of the West Walking Tour." It all begins in front of Buckham Library in Faribault on Saturday, Oct. 13.
He will share my research in two free tours at 11:30am and 2pm that day.
The project describes the city's remarkable founding fathers whose influence allowed the arts, education, and religious institutions to flourish to the extent that early visitors to town compared Faribault to the glories of Athens, Greece. An informative brochure will reflect the tour highlights.
